Diego is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in healthcare strategy, insights, and marketing management. With a proven track record of success, he understands how to leverage analytics and insights in crafting impactful marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.

Prior to joining Apnimed, Diego founded Magnolia Innovation, a research consultancy, in 2014 and in 10 years lead it through a period of high growth. Some of Magnolia’s milestones and recognition include being named to the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies list in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and MM&M’s Top 100 Agencies in both 2021 and 2022. During his time at Magnolia, Diego led numerous successful product launch engagements across diverse therapeutic areas, including but not limited to, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, hypophosphatasia, migraines, and opioid addiction.

Prior to his tenure at Magnolia, Diego served as a Partner at Rosetta, where he led the largest consulting client relationship within their healthcare practice. Over five years, he managed a team of 40 professionals across six brands, each in differing stages of their lifecycle.

Diego’s dedication to excellence extends beyond his professional roles; he is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from Cornell University. His strategic acumen, combined with a passion for innovation, continues to drive success in the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare analytics, insights, and strategy.
